The FB 69 run is done in the Wraithgate, in the middle of the swamp.
There are 3 bosses and 2 mini-bosses. All are straight foreward except the last 2.
The one boss, Resentful Pyrosteosis, is also needed for you Lv 69 Spirit Cultivation quest, make Sure you've picked it up as well.
This cave is also home to the infamous Wraith Gate quest, more commanly known as the 20/20/20.
For this you have to get 20 drops from 3 different mobs. Catch is there aren't enough mobs to get all the drops. You need to do the cave 3 times to get them all. Only the 1st 3 chambers have the necessary mobs, their positions are marked on the map below.

Note: The mobs are quite tightly grouped and tend to mass aggro in this cave. Clerics be warned that you can easily pull heal aggro. Keep those BBs ready.

1) You start here. Remember to use the Token to increase your attack and defense ratings.
2) Follow the path killing the mobs you encounter. Mobs are only needed for the 20/20/20. I would wine this if you already have those kills.
3) Kill mini boss XXX to open the door to Resentful Pyrosteosis.
4) Tab Spot.
5) Kill Resentful Pyrosteosis here.
6) Kill mini boss XXX in the pool to open the door south of you.
7) Both remaining tab spots, tab both.
8) Lure the bosses out of the last rooms and attack here. They both patrol and you'll land up attack both at the same time otherwise.
9.1) Boss XXX has a nasty debuff that lets him 2 shot the tank. Clerics stand ready with MANY purifies. Suggest it be on Lv8+.
9.2) Boss XXX is pretty straight foreward. Does some higher spike damage now and then. Pots or 2nd cleric suggested.
