The FB 79 run is done in the Hallucinatory Trench, located on Nightscream Island which can be accessed through Dreamweaver Port.
This is home to another 20/20/20 run but you should be able to complete it in 2 runs. You also need to farm crystals throughout the cave, either do those during the 202020 or after the cave has been wined.
I have only been there once and unfortunately cannot remember much more.
